the arguments of M/S.H.ARUMUGAM, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.J.ASHOK, Advocate for the Respondents 1 to 3, the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. This petition is filed to restore the order passed by this Court on 22.03.2017 against the respondents 4 to 6 in CRP(MD) No.2357 of 2013.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered, on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to the Legal Aid Service Authority, attached to this Bench, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall automatically be dismissed without further reference to this Court. sd/- 04/01/2018 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
