ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed challenging a notice issued by the first respondent herein under the Tamil Nadu Agricultural Lands Record of Tenancy Rights Act, 1969.

2. While the writ petition was pending, the second respondent has passed away. Hence, the petitioner has filed a Memo seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. The said Memo is recorded. The petitioner is permitted to withdraw this writ petition.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
