O R D E R

This petition is filed to quash the complaint in S.T.C.No.567 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi, Tirunelveli District.

2.When the matter was posted for admission on 28.08.2014, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner took adjournment.Thereafter, more than four occasions, when the matter was listed, the learned counsel for the petitioner took adjournments only. Therefore, the matter is pending for the past four years without even ordering notice or admitting by this Court. 3.It seems that the petitioner has no interest to proceed with the matter. More over, the case is of the year 2014. Therefore, this Court is of the view that the pendency of the criminal original petitioner would not serve for any purpose.

4.In view of the above, the criminal original petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
