This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the case in Crime No.20 of 2015 on the file of the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Thoothukudi, Thoothukudi District and quash the same in so far as the petitioners are concerned.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the State submitted that the petition mentioned case was charge sheeted in C.C.No.226 of 2017, in which, the petitioners were acquitted. Hence, the prayer sought for in this Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous.

3.The aforesaid submission is recorded. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
