Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to pay the petitioner the "Surrender Leave Salaries" along with 18% interest and Gratuity along with interest at the rate of 18% within a stipulated period. 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD).No.5658 of 2015, dated 08.12.2015 has been complied with. However, some of the amount was not paid.

3. In view of the above, the Sub Application is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out the remedy in the manner known to law.
