Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.K.MUTHUVAI ILAYARAJA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.V.NEELAKANDAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL OP(MD) No.7550 of 2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.7550 of 2019 on 30/05/2019 regularly, and he pray for relaxation of the said condition.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and there is no complaint of the petitioner tampering with the witnesses, the condition imposed by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.7550 of 2019 on 30/05/2019 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
