PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records of the impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent in his Proceedings Nil dated 05.06.2013 and quash the same. For Petitioner : Mr.C.Mayilvahana Rajendran For Respondents : Mr.G.V.Vairam Santhosh Additional Government Pleader COMMON ORDER [Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.] Challenging the eviction notices issued by the 3rd respondent in his Proceedings Nil dated 05.06.2013, the petitioners have filed filed these Writ Petitions.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader has produced the written instructions of the Assistant Engineer, Water Resource Organization, Vaipar Basin Division-II, Sattur, Virudhunagar District, in Letter No.K:05/2022/cngh/ehs;:20.10.2022,

along with photographs and submitted that the entire encroachments in the place in question have been removed.

3. The aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader is not refuted by the learned counsel for the petitioners. Thus, recording the said submission, these Writ Petitions are closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
