ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to take necessary action based on the representation dated 18.12.2019 for providing police protection for the life and limb of the members of the Sangam who are actually in possession and enjoyment of the property comprised in Survey No.312/1 measuring about 3,262 sq. ft situated at Gandamanur, Theni District besides directing him to advice the third respondent not to interfere with our possession and enjoyment of the said property pending the civil suit before the competent civil Court.

2.When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that in respect of certain properties, civil suits are pending between the petitioner and the respondents 7 to 9. The respondents 1 to 3 have not interfered in the civil dispute between the parties.
