ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging disobedience from the part of the first respondent to conclude the enquiry as pending on the file of this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader would invite my attention to the order passed in the writ petition, which has been enclosed in the typed set of papers, to contend that the copy of the order made ready only in January 2025 and therefore, the respondents have time to conclude the enquiry. 4.However the learned counsel for the petitioner, per contra, would submit that the writ petition was disposed of more than a year ago, ie., on 14.02.2024 and the certified copy of the order was also marked to the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents as early as on 16.02.2024, which is enclosed in the typed set of papers in this contempt petition. 5.Considering that the petitioner only seeks for rectification of the error in the UDR records and the fact that the first respondent, who is willing to pass final orders after conducting due enquiry, the Contempt Petition stands closed, 2/4

directing the first respondent to pass final orders within a period of four weeks from today.
