ORDER
This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for disobeying the order passed by this Court dated 27.08.2020 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.8963 of 2020.
2.This Court by an order dated 27.08.2020 recorded the submission made by the respondent that the complaint dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
Cont.P(MD)No.999 of 2021 30.06.2020 lodged by the petitioner pending for enquiry. Therefore, after enquiry, if necessary, the second respondent is ready to give necessary police protection to the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on enquiry, it was found that the land belongs to the HR&CE and the petitioner is the cultivating tenant. Now, the dispute is between the petitioner and one Ashok Kumar. That apart, the petitioner sought for police protection for cultivation of his land. The issue is civil in nature. As such, police protection cannot be granted. 4.In view of the above, no contempt is made out as against the petitioner. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is dismissed.
