CHANDRASEKARAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Considering the special circumstances obtaining in this case, particularly, the fact that the petitioner is a women and is aged about 60 years and she is pleading medical grounds, the condition imposed on her to appear before the Chief Judicial Magistrate cum Special Judge, Vigilance and Anticorruption, Karur on the first working day of every month is modified. Instead the petitioner is directed to appear before the Palaviduthi Police Station, Karur District, on the first working day of every month.
