Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure praying to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry based on the complaint of Muthuselvi.

Heard both sides.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner, who is the husband of one Muthuselvi, has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the respondent not to harass the petitioner on the basis of the complaint given by the said Muthuselvi, stating that already she gave a complaint and in which, the matter was settled subsequently, the said Muthuselvi gave another complaint and on that basis, he was called for enquiry and therefore, he has come forward with this petition.

2. At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on instructions submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by one Muthuselvi, who is none other than the wife of the petitioner in C.S.R.NO.203 of 2015, enquiry has been conducted and the same was closed on the same day and no petition is pending against the petitioner on the file of the respondent police and hence, he prays for dismissal of this petition.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
