ORDER
The petitioner has filed the instant Writ Petition in the nature of Mandamus, seeking to sub divide the land, which he has purchased and thereafter, to conduct re-survey and also to grant patta.
2.The petitioner claims that she had purchased a vacant site on 16.03.2018 in re-survey No.93/7, Thathaneri Village, Madurai North Taluk, measuring to an extent of 715 square feet from predecessors Vellathai, Periyayandi and Parvathiammal through their power agent. The petitioner claims that she is in possession. The second respondent had sub divided the property and assigned town survey No.171. However, the names of the predecessors were also included along with the name of the petitioner. Therefore, a representation has been given by the petitioner to the second respondent/the Tahsildar, Madurai North Taluk, Madurai.

W.P(MD)No.1037 of 2022 3.A direction is given to the second respondent/the Tahsildar to issue notice to the petitioner, examine the sale deed of the petitioner and if necessary, make a spot inspection and if required, issue notice to the vendors of the petitioner and thereafter, after coming to a subjective satisfaction comply with the requirements in the representation.
4.If the petitioner has to file an online application and pay necessary charges and if it is done by the petitioner, the entire exercise may be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
