PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 406, 467, 468 and 420 IPC in Crime No.14 of 2015 on the file of the respondent Police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.According to the prosecution, the petitioner / accused had received Rs.35 lakhs from the de facto complainant in pursuant to an unregistered sale agreement and thereafter, cheated him. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the intervenor submitted that after registration of the case, the dispute between them have been settled amicably.
3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police.
3.Considering the fact, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner in the event of arrest and on executing own bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate, Thiruppathur, and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.
