ORDER

There is no representation for the petitioner. Since the limited prayer has been sought by the petitioner in this petition seeking protection to his life and liberty, this petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. It is alleged in the petition that the petitioner's marriage with her husband is estranged and she now faces threat to her life and liberty at the hands of her husbands and his relatives.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents.

4. This case came to be filed during the First Week of February, 2018. Now more than one year has been crossed and for considering this petition now, necessarily there should be present threat perception to the petitioner's life and liberty. Having stated thus, if the petitioner continues to entertain any threat perception genuinely to their life and liberty, they are free to approach the second respondent with a fresh representation / complaint, upon which the second respondent shall cause such https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

necessary enquiry and take appropriate decision to provide police protection to the life and liberty of the petitioner.
