ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A4 in Crime No.245 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police, was surrendered on 19.06.2014 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 294(b), 302, 324, 506(ii) and 109 of I.P.C., and hence, seeks bail. 2.According to the prosecution one Saravanan committed suicide and the accused thought the deceased is a reason for the death of the above said Saravanan and therefore, on 15.06.2015 A1 to A3 attacked the deceased with lethal weapons and caused his death and the other accused are the conspirators for the commission of offence. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case, except this petitioner, other accused were arrested and released on bail. 4.
The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the petitioner has 21 previous cases and the respondent has completed the investigation and also laid a charge sheet in this case which is taken on file in P.R.C.No.71 of 2015 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Tirunelveli. The learned Counsel further submitted that the petitioner is a history sheet rowdy and he was detained under Act 14 of 1982.
5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail on condition that the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
