This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners, to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankovil, to dispose of the Case in C.C.No.2 of 2017, at early. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has submitted that the second petitioner is a college student, who is studying III year B.E., in SMS College of Technology at Coimbatore. The aforesaid case is pending against him, hence, he is not able to get Passport, hence, he requests this Court to give a direction to the concerned Judicial Magistrate to dispose of the case, at early. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) has submitted that now the case is pending for examinations of the witnesses on the prosecution side. He further submitted that totally seven witnesses on the side of the prosecution. 4.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankovil is directed to expedite the trail and dispose of the case in C.C.No.2 of 2017, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.With the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
