This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to conduct initiate proceeding against the petitioner's complaint, dated 11.01.2023 and pass such further or other order.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e,20.01.2023), the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that FIR came to be registered in Crime No.47 of 2023, and as such nothing survives for further adjudication.
