ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 495 and 417 of IPC in Crime No.12 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police, the petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was already a married person and suppressing the same, he married to the de facto complainant's daughter and was given 7 sovereigns of gold. The parents of the bride have also given a gold ring to the petitioner. Apart from that, it is alleged that this petitioner had promised his bride that he will take her abroad and had taken her passport also.

3.Taking into consideration the serious nature of allegations raised against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
