Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 2.The petitioner's contention is that the petition mentioned document had gone missing. Though the petitioner's prayer is for retrieval of the said document, in essence the petitioner seeks only issuance of non traceable certificate.
