ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.H.ARUMUGAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.V.O.S.KALAI SELVAM, Advocate on behalf of the Respondents, the court made the following order:- The interim stay granted as per the order of this court dated 07.09.2016 in CMP.No.8503/2016 is made absolute. Further, subsequently, 50% of the amount was ordered to be withdrawn by this court, as per the order dated 19.07.2017 in CMP.No.5996/2017. Hence, Stay application is allowed.
