ORDER

Heard Mr. V. R. Venkatesan, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. V. S. V. Venkateswaran, Learned Counsel for the First and Second Respondents and Mr. M. Murugesan, Learned Counsel for the Third Respondent, and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

Learned Counsel appearing for both sides state that the Petitioner has remitted the entire Provident Fund dues claimed in the impugned order. Learned Counsel for the Respondent has filed a memo dated 22.04.2021 to that effect, which has been placed on record. Nothing remains for further consideration in the matter. 3.

In fine, the Writ Petition is disposed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
