Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to prefer this Memorandum of grounds of Civil Miscellaneous appeal against the Award and Decree made in M.C.O.P.NO.892/2012 dated 10.09.2015 on the file of the Motor accident claims Tribunal/IV Additional Sub Court,Madurai ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.PRABHAKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.N.V.Sureshkumar for sole respondents on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to condone the delay of 354 days in filing the above appeal.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.Though notice was served on the respondent and his name is printed in the cause list, the respondent has not chosen to appear either in person or through counsel.
