No.692 of 2020 :- Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, praying this Hon'ble Court to relax the condition imposed on these petitioners by this Hon ble Court in Crl.A(MD)No.98 of 2019 dated 09.05.2019 in Connection with Cr.M.P.No.227 of 2019 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Dindigul dated 14.02.2019.

Criminal Appeal is filed under section 14-A(2) of Sc/ST (POA) Act, against the order dated 14.02.2019 made in Cr.M.P.No.227 of 2019 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Dindigul. ORDER:- Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. R.Balaji, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.V.Neelakandan, Additional Public Prosecutor On Behalf of the Respondents No.1 and 2, this Court made the following order:

CRL MP(MD). No.692 of 2020 This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.A(MD)No.98 of 2019, dated 09.05.2019 in connection with Cr.M.P.No.227 of 2019 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Dindigul, dated 14.02.2019. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.A(MD)No.98 of 2019, dated 09.05.2019 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly. 4.Taking into consideration of the submission made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.A(MD)No.98 of 2019, dated 09.05.2019 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the concerned Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. This petition is ordered accordingly.
