This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.41 of 2020 dated 07.07.2020 on the file of the first respondent against the present petitioner alone.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, there is no representation on the side of the petitioner.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the first respondent on instructions contended that the investigation in Crime No.41 of 2020 is completed and final report is also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai in E.Filing No.LTN 20230001737 C 202300012-CC.

4. In such circumstances, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed having become infructuous.
