PETITION FOR RELAXATION Under Sec.439(1)b of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.7819/2019 dated 17/06/2019 in Crime No.196/2019 directing the petitioner to report before the Respondent police, completely and pass such further orders as this Honourable Court. ORDER :The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL OP(MD) No.7819 of 2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.7819 of 2019 on 17/06/2019 regularly, and he pray(s) for relaxation of the said condition.
