Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as sole accused apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 420 and 409 IPC in Crime No.345 of 2015 and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.According to the defacto complainant, when the defacto complainant was working as Pump operator in Vembakottai Town Panchayat, the accused, who was working as the Secretary of the Panchyat, has not disbursed his entire salary and on the other hand, he obtained signature and paid only 50% of the salary. When this was questioned, he abused him in filthy language. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is not the authority to disburse the salary to the defacto complainant and it has to be done by the President and Vice President of the Panchayat. It is further submitted that due to some enmity, the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case.

4. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the State.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sathur, Virudhunagar District, and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.

6. The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
