O RDER This petition has been filed seeking to direct the 2nd Respondent to conduct investigation and file the report as per the order in Crl.M.P.No. 164 of 2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Madurai dated 18.10.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that enquiry was undertaken in pursuance of the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Madurai, in Crl.M.P.No.164 of 2022, dated 18.10.2022, it was closed on 13.01.2023 and some of the observation is made to the effect that the petitioner was not co-operating with the Investigation Officer and the petitioner was advised to workout his remedy through the appropriate proceedings.

3. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
