O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 27.10.2017. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner's father-in-law constituted a partnership firm with the proposed accused persons and the said firm was doing real estate business. He further submitted that the petitioner's father-in-law died and the petitioner's husband also died. He further submitted that after the death of the petitioner's father-in-law, the proposed accused persons have sold the property of 119 acres, which is owned by erstwhile partnership firm for Rs.1,55,50,125/- and have refused to give the share of the petitioner's father-in-law and hence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the first respondent and the same has been forwarded to the second respondent, but so far, no action has been taken.

4.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the second respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, then he has to register a complaint and proceed further in accordance with law.

5.with the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
