ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed directing the respondent to measure and fix the boundary lines in the respective Housing Plot No.37 in Survey Nos.19 and 20 situated at Thayanur Village, Srirangam Taluk, Trichy district.

2. According to the petitioner, she was granted an order of assignment on 27.01.2012. Despite several representations, the respondent has not measured and fixed the boundary lines, so that, she could put up constructions.

3. When the writ petition came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent pointed out that on 25.03.2013, the order of assignment granted in favour of the writ petitioner has been cancelled by the District Backward Class and Minority Welfare Officer, Trichy. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to challenge the said order.

4. In view of the above said facts, this Writ Petition is closed granting liberty to the writ petitioner to challenge the order, under which the assignment patta in favour of the writ petitioner was cancelled on 25.03.2013. No costs.
