ORDER
The instant writ petition has been filed by a seasonal clerk employed in the Tamil Nadu Civil Supplies Corporation seeking a mandamus to dispose of his representation dated 20.12.2024.
2. A perusal of the representation reveals that it has been addressed to a wrong authority. The petitioner has to send his representation only to the 4th respondent herein.
3. Considering the above said facts, the petitioner is at liberty to file an appeal before the 4th respondent challenging the order dated 05.05.2023 passed by the 3rd respondent herein.

4. In view of the above said facts, the writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before the 4th respondent herein. In case if such appeal is filed within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, the same shall be entertained without any reference to the period of limitation and the same may be disposed of on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve (12) weeks thereafter. No costs.
