O R D E R

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.82 of 2022 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the petitioner has been already granted anticipatory bail in Cr.M.P.No.3532 of 2022 by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram on 18.10.2022. However, since the petitioner could not comply with the condition, the learned Judge cancelled the anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 04.01.2023 in Crl.M.P.NO.81 of 2023. The option available to the petitioner is only to challenge the cancellation of anticipatory bail and the second anticipatory bail petition filed before this Court is not maintainable. He prays for dismissal of this application.
