PETITION FOR RELAXATION Under Sec.439(1)b of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- To modify the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl OP (MD) No.7394 of 2019 dated 29.05.2019.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in CRL OP(MD) No.7394 of 2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the first and second petitioners are aged persons and the third petitioner is working as a teacher in Puducherry and there is a great difficulty for them to appear before the respondent police. Hence he seeks to modify the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners had complied with the conditions only one day. Hence she opposed to modify the said condition.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the first and second petitioners are aged persons and the third petitioner is working as a teacher at puducherry, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.7394 of 2019, dated 29.05.2019 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m for a period of three weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation. sd/- 01/07/2019 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
