ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the entire records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the learned Magistrate No.IV, Madurai in remand report submitted by the police in Crime No.413/15 dated 29.06.2015 and set aside the same and direct the Judicial Magistrate No.IV to remand the accused. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the petition mentioned case was disposed, in which, the petitioner was convicted. Hence, the prayer sought for in this Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous.

3.The aforesaid submission is recorded. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
