ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is arrayed as Accused No.1 in Crime No.283 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 342 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 20.07.2015. He has come forward with this petition seeking bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that due to previous motive, the petitioner along with other accused attacked the defacto complainant with aruval.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that there are three previous cases pending against the petitioner and the injured person had already been discharged from the hospital.

5. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) and also considering the fact that the injured person had already been discharged from the hospital, this court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail, on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pudukkottai and on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

further condition that the petitioner shall stay at Karur and report before the Karur Town Police Station twice daily twice at 10.00 a.m. and 05.00 p.m until further orders.
