O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case based upon the complaint given by the petitioner dated 22.09.2017.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in the year 1995, the proposed accused persons have created a false partition deed excluding the petitioner's mother and now only the petitioner's mother came to know that the proposed accused have defrauded her and hence the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 22.09.2017, but sofar, no action has been taken.

3.The learned Government Adovcate (Crl.side) has submitted that already two suits have been filed before the learned District Munsif, Tenkasi, in respect of the properties in dispute. Hence after considering these facts the second respondent has closed the petitioner's complaint, directing the petitioner to get appropriate remedy in the aforesaid suits itself. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. It is open to the petitioner to avail any other remedy, which is available under the law. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(crl side) /True Copy/ Sub Assistant Registrar To
