PRAYER :- To extend the time granted for appearing before the concerned Magistrate for a further period of 15 days in Crl.MP(MD)No.2937 of 2019 in Crl.OP(MD)No.3547 of 2019 which was allowed on 29.03.2019. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.3547 of 2019, dated 11/03/2019, for producing the sureties and for executing the bail bond.

2. This Court by an order dated 28.06.2019 directed the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.500/- as costs to the Hon'ble Chief Justice Relief Fund on or before 01.07.2019. He has also paid the amount and filed a memo to that effect. He would further submit that since the petitioner is unable to furnish sureties, the could not surrender before the concerned Magistrate and execute the bail https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

bond within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court. Hence, he prays to grant further time to execute the sureties.

3. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is ordered and the time for executing the sureties is extended by one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order as a last chance.
