ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Pattukkottai to dispose of the case in O.S.No.276 of 2025 pending on his file, within a time frame as stipulated by this Court.

2.This Court, vide order dated 29.01.2026, had directed the learned Subordinate Judge, Pattukkottai, to send a year wise pendency report of the pending suits and in compliance of the same, the learned Subordinate Judge, Pattukkottai, had sent a report vide proceedings D.No.96/2026, dated 05.02.2026, annexing the breakup details with regard to the pendency of the cases from the year 1980 to 2026, which was addressed to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. From the perusal of the same, it is seen that the total number of pending cases is 1623 and the pendency of the cases in the year 2025 is 440.
3.Since the present case is of the year 2025, the learned Subordinate Judge, Pattukkottai, is directed to expedite the trial and dispose of the case in O.S.No.276 of 2025 on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
4.With the aforesaid directions, the Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
