Seeking a direction to the respondents to provide police protection to conduct the Aadi Thabasu Mulaipari Thiruvizhala at Arulmigu Parvathavardhini Samaytha Parameswarer Thirukovil, Samayanallur Village on 30.07.2015 on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 20.07.2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3.The instruction given to the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) reveals that atleast ten cases are pending between the two groups regarding this issue. Apart from the same, proceedings under Section 107 Cr.P.C. are also liked to be taken up, by taking into consideration of breach of peace and public tranquility.
