This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records and quash the FIR in Crime No.224 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that after completion of investigation, charge sheet has been filed and the same is not taken on file. Therefore, at this stage, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be considered.

3. In view of the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected M.P.(MD) No. 1 of 2015 is closed.
