PETITION FOR MODIFICATION Under Sec.439(1)b of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- To modify the condition no. b imposed on the petitioner vide order dated 14.06.2019 made in Crl.OP(MD)No.8286 of 2019 on the of this Honourable High Court to the effect that to report before the Inspector of Police, Thanjavur South Police Station, Thanjavur instead of reporting before the respondent Police Station. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to modify the condition no.b imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.8286 of 2019 on 14.06.2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that this Court has granted bail to the petitioner on 14.06.2019 on condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of one month and thereafter as and when required for interrogation. He further submitted that the petitioner is now working in Tanjore and he is unable to appear before the respondent police. Hence he prays to modify the above condition.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioner is now working in Tanjore the condition imposed in Crl.OP(MD)No.8286 of 2019 on 14.06.2019 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Tanjore South Police station daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of one month. All other conditions in the said order shall remain unaltered.
