ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners are arrayed as Accused Nos.1 and 2 in Crime No.447 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b) and 307 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 13.07.2015. They have come forward with this petition seeking bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that on 06.07.2015, near ration shop, the second petitioner abused the defacto complainant and both the petitioners attempted to murder him.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that this is a case of case in counter and the petitioners are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in this case.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the injured person had already been discharged from the hospital.
5. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) and also considering the fact that the injured person had already been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ discharged from the hospital, this court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
6. Accordingly, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail, on each of them executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Tiruchirappalli and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.
