ORDER

This Petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2, to provide necessary police protection to the petitioner, on the basis of the representations of the petitioner, dated 19.12.2022 and 03.01.2023.

2. When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the complainant himself would subsequently give it in writing, to drop further action.

3. In view thereof, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
