This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file final report in Crime No.225 of 2012. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that based upon the complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent has registered a case on 16.10.2012 in Crime No.225 of 2012, Punishable under Sections 465, 468, 471 and 420 of I.P.C. But, sofar, no final report has been filed.

3.The learned Government Adovcate (Crl.side) has submitted that after investigation further action has been dropped on 26.08.2017.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner by way of reply has submitted that the petitioner has not received any information with regard to the closure of the above F.I.R. 5.Considering the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. The respondent is directed to inform the petitioner with regard to the disposal of the above https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

F.I.R by RPAD within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is open to the petitioner to workout any other remedy which is available under the law.
