******** This Court, by order dated 05.07.2017, directed the petitioner to take notice to the respondents returnable by 28.07.2017. Despite the same, the petitioner has not evinced the interest and accordingly not paid the batta for effecting service on the respondents. This shows that the petitioner is not ready and anxious to prosecute the petition further.
