ORDER

******** This Court, by order dated 05.07.2017, directed the petitioner to take notice to the respondents returnable by 28.07.2017. Despite the same, the petitioner has not evinced the interest and accordingly not paid the batta for effecting service on the respondents. This shows that the petitioner is not ready and anxious to prosecute the petition further. In such view of the matter, it is not proper to keep this matter further pending. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.The request of the petitioner's counsel to extend the time for paying the batta is negatived.

3.Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, the C.R.P.[MD].(SR)No.24995 of 2017 is rejected.
