O R D E R
This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register the case against the 3rd respondent, based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 06.10.2017. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 & 2.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the third respondent has borrowed a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- from the petitioner and subsequently, she refused to repay the same and when the petitioner made a request to return the said amount, she threatened that she will give a false complaint against the petitioner and hence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint against the third respondent before the second respondent on 06.10.2017, but sofar, no action has been taken.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the petitioner has not co-operated for enquiry and hence, enquiry is pending.
5.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent on 13.03.2018 and on such appearance, the second respondent has to enquire the matter and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, then, he has to register the case and proceed in accordance with law. In case, the petitioner fails to appear on that day, then, it is open to the second respondent to drop further action.
6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
