ORDER
The petitioner seeks the transfer of the investigation in Crime No. 323 of 2024 from the file of the third respondent herein to some other investigation Agency.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the investigation has been completed and the final report has also been filed as 'further action dropped.
3.Since no investigation is pending, the direction to transfer the investigation does not arise. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report in the manner known to law.
