ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL OP(MD) No.8481 of 2019.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the learned Sessions Judge(Fast Track Mahila Court, Theni) by an order dated 30.04.2019 granted bail to the petitioner on condition to produce the original property document or original patta and this Court by an order dated 19.06.2019 modified the condition that deleted the condition of depositing the original property document or original patta and now is insisting to produce solvency https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
certificate for executing bail bond.
3. Since the learned counsel for the petitioner has not produced any materials to show that the learned Sessions Judge(Fast Track Mahila Court, Theni) is insisting for solvency certificate, this petition is dismissed.
