O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in F.I.R.in Crime No.813 of 2014 dated 08.12.2014 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the investigation is completed and the respondent is yet to file charge sheet before the concerned Court.

4.Recording the same, since the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with a direction to the first respondent to file the charge sheet in Crime No.813 of 2014 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
