PETITION FOR TIME EXTENSION Under Sec.482 of Cr.P.C. PRAYER :- To Extend the time to surrender and execute the surety before the Learned Judge, Mahila Sessions Court, Tuticorin District as per the order passed by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.7353 of 2019 dated 29.05.2019.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.7353 of 2019, dated 29/05/2019, for producing the sureties and for executing the bail bond.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that since he is unable to furnish sureties she could not surrender before the concerned Magistrate and execute the bail bond within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court. to grant further time to execute the sureties.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this petition is ordered and the time for executing the sureties is extended by one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order as a last chance.
